Clarification Regarding Lot Assignments and Payment Setup
Good Afternoon, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek clarification regarding my current lot assignments and payment setup. My original assigned lot is Lot 26, which has been paid in full (Lanilegacyhomes@gmail.com). I am also in the process of purchasing Lot 25, located adjacent to Lot 26, with family members. However, I recently noticed that I have been assigned a new lot number, Lot 36. I would like to respectfully bring this to your attention to ensure that I am not inadvertently assigned two separate lots (Lots 26 and 36) under my name. I would prefer to retain my original assignment of Lot 26. Regarding Lot 25, I registered under a different email address, (Circleofsisstars@gmail.com) as the monthly payments are intended to be made under my mother’s name. At this time, I am unable to proceed with setting up the monthly payments because the system indicates that a lot number has not been selected. I did not select a lot number, as Lot 25 had already been assigned. Kindly advise on the appropriate next steps so that we may begin the monthly payment. Additionally, could you please confirm whether monthly payments must be processed through Klarna, or if it is possible to submit payments directly via debit or credit card? Lots assigned but not in portal
I paid for lots 33 and 34 but they are not showing up in my parcels and when I go in to select them, they show assigned. Any help would be much appreciated.

I requested a lot that was available and by the time the response came it was no longer available. It's all good I’ll keep the one I was assigned, however my dashboard still isn't showing my assignment and is as if I haven't made my payments.

Yes I believe it was showing available before we put it on reserve. All lots that are above .25 acres are unavailable. I assigned you lot 20 please refresh your page and let me know if it shows now.
I would like to switch my assigned lot
My dashboard no longer shows my parcel, while my assigned parcel is number 20. I’d like to formally select number 6 if possible. Thanks in advance

Hey there, Please select one of the available parcels. Number 6 has already been reserved. Are you able to see the list of available parcels on your end? There should be a tab that says "Parcels" that you can click on to see whats available. Please let me know.
Lot# 21 Assignment
Good Afternoon. I just paid $349 more to reserve Lot #21 but it has not updated yet. so I have paid a total of $698.00 so far. Please confirm that I have reserved Lot #21. Thank you so much, Valerie Wells

Hey Valerie. Yes your lot #21 is assigned. The $698 covered your non-refundable reservation/admin and process fee and your first month financing for your lot which is what you just paid for in order to reserve lot #21. If you have anymore questions let us know.
My Assignment of parcel #20 disappeared
I’m listed as not being assigned a parcel but when I initially logged in I was assigned a parcel #20. It disappeared. I made the initial payment and the first month’s payment. If I can choose another parcel I’d like the one with 0.27 acres.
