LAND RESERVATION AGREEMENT
Project Name: Pittsburgh Poconos – Land Is Wealth (Part 5)
Seller: Hereafter Farms Development LLC
1. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT
This Land Reservation Agreement confirms the Buyer's reservation of land within the Pittsburgh Poconos project and outlines all terms related to reservation, payment options, financing, cooperative participation, land use, and future conveyance of deed.
2. LAND RESERVATION DETAILS
- Reserving one (1) private forest parcel
- Parcel size: approximately 1/4 acre
- Off-grid, privately held forest land for recreational use
3. RESERVATION FEE (PAID)
Non-refundable reservation fee of $349 has been paid.
4. PURCHASE OPTIONS
Option A - Financing: $349/month for 12 months (Total: $4,188)
Option B - Pay in Full: One-time payment of $3,500
6. LAND USE RESTRICTIONS
Permitted: Camping, RVs, tents, yurts, recreational use
Prohibited: Permanent homes, concrete foundations, immovable structures
7. PITTSBURGH POCONOS COMMUNITY CO-OP
Co-op membership available (optional): $500/year or $50/month
Benefits include community amenities, events, and governance participation.
